Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

BILABA ("we" and "us") operates www.bilaba.in. When you place an order through our website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are outlined to ensure a mutual understanding and protection of both parties involved in the transaction.

While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts for all products listed on our website, we will fulfill your order with the available products in rare cases of a stock discrepancy. We will then contact you to arrange a full refund for any charged amount.

All orders are dispatched from our Chennai, India facility using Shiprocket. The courier company used may vary based on your location and could include carriers such as DHL, FedEx, BlueDart, and DPD, among others.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer complimentary shipping on all products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.

ORDER & DELIVERY

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your order's progress through the relevant courier company's website. We take necessary measures to minimize shipping delays.

For successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address and any essential special instructions, ensuring someone is available to receive the order. Incorrect or incomplete address/phone details provided by you absolve us of responsibility for any shipment loss. Valid address and phone number are prerequisites for scheduling deliveries.

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), with up to 2 delivery attempts. Unsuccessful attempts lead to package return. Additional fees may apply for further delivery attempts or address changes post-scheduling, subject to our discretion. Allow 5 to 10 working days (within India) for delivery from dispatch.

We cannot be held accountable for courier-induced delays or extensions in delivery times. While we strive to expedite deliveries in case of delays, we cannot assume responsibility once items leave our facility.

 

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

All sales on www.bilaba.in are final. We do not entertain returns or exchanges.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, contact us at orders@bilaba.in for a tailored solution.

Given our limited, curated collection, standard returns/exchanges are not feasible. Genuine size exchange requests will be considered where possible. Contact us at orders@bilaba.in for potential solutions.

In the case of a manufacturing defect or size exchange, notify us at orders@bilaba.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Claims beyond this period won't be entertained.

Items shipped back to us without prior written approval won't qualify for exchange/refund, and we're not responsible for transit loss, damage, or safekeeping post-delivery.

Approved Returns Process:

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Contact us at orders@bilaba.in for assistance.

To qualify for a return, including for manufacturing defects, your item must be unused and in original condition, with intact tags and seals. Return it in the original packaging.

Email instructions will outline the applicable return shipping process, ensuring traceability and efficiency.
